Kol mot Kisel is the third part of John Nudplas Trio selftitled EP-triology. The title “Kol mot kisel” (swedish for “carbon against silicon”) alludes to “human against machine” and this theme permeates through the compositions. The sound environment in this part is more homogenous and here the personal compositions of John Nudplas is completed by the caustic guitars of Jimi Hondo. Synthetic, almost transient and often monotunous melodies that sticks to your brain meets an unpredictable and occationaly threatening guitar performed in a blind session that initially gropes after the song and later lands in its own naked melodies.The guitars where recorded on 11/9-2016 nurtured by the presidential election of Donald Trump.
